SC & ST Adhikar Foundation Trust is a dedicated NGO committed to the upliftment of Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) communities. Founded by Mr. Kamalakanta Behera, the trust focuses on health, education, economic stability, and environmental sustainability. For the past 10 years, he has been actively involved in charity work, starting his journey by providing physical and financial aid at Acharya Harihar Regional Cancer Research Centre and S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack. Our mission is to empower marginalized communities and transform lives through sustainable development initiatives.
